We believe vacations should feel like vacations. That means no long checkout list and no arriving only to realize you need to make an immediate trip to the store. Lost Bay Getaway is stocked with a generous starter supply of everyday essentials, including paper products, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, soaps, and other basics to make your stay easier from arrival to departure. Lost Bay Getaway is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome with plenty of space for families, tournament groups, and friends traveling together. The main level features an open living area where everyone can gather, a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home, a dining area, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, giving everyone space to settle in and recharge between adventures. You'll also have an in-unit washer and dryer—especially handy after beach days, fishing trips, or long days at the Sportsplex. Whether you're here for a family beach vacation, a tournament weekend, fishing with friends, or simply a few days on the Gulf Coast, Lost Bay Getaway gives you a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay.

Registered guests only. No unregistered overnight guests or visitors without prior approval. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum cleaning fee will be charged for violations. No pets unless you've approved them in advance. Maximum occupancy: Set the limit based on your home's capacity. Check-in after your designated time and check-out by your designated time. Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property. Do not move furniture or take indoor items outside. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. No illegal activity or firearms on the property. Park only in designated parking spaces. Do not block neighbors or park on the grass. Treat neighbors with respect and keep music at a reasonable volume.

A few things to know before your stay: • Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles. Please plan accordingly, as additional parking is not available at the property. • The garage is not currently available for guest use. • Lost Bay Getaway is located in a residential community. We ask that guests be considerate of our neighbors and observe community rules and quiet hours. • While we provide a generous starter supply of household essentials to make your arrival easy, guests may need to replenish certain items during longer stays.
